His has been one of the much talked about appearance in the Alt Balaji web series Paurashpur, which began streaming on Alt Balaji and Zee5 from December 29.

True to the hype, Shaheer Shaikh has turned out to be the surprise element of the web series, which is being talked about by audiences as well as critics for its grand look, performance and element of intrigue.

After making the viewers wait for his appearance in the royal saga, Shaheer Shaikh eventually turns out to be main force behind the various mysterious occurrences in the royal household of Paurashpur where, several queens of Raja Bhadrapratap Singh (Annu Kapoor) have been mysteriously disappearing soon after their marriage to the king.






Watching the proceedings of the show makes audiences intrigued as to whomus behind these mysterious disappearance. Is it Bhanu, the prince of the Royal kingdom, or Boris, the transgender (Mikind Soman)?

However, the truth of the mystery behind the happenings in the royal households comes as a pleasant surprise to the viewers when Shaheer Sheikh appears as the trader Veer Singh.

As it turns out Veer Singh (Shaheer Shaikh) is waging a war against the Kingdom of Paurashpur for the loss of his love.

The actor's appearance in the climactic moments of the show has an element of mystery about it, which makes viewers wonder whether a sequel of the show is in the offing.
