Virat and Anushka name their daughter Vamika

Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and her husband Virat Kohli have named their newly born daughter as Vamika.

Anushka shared a photograph of their daughter with fans.

“We have lived together with love, presence and gratitude as a way of life but this little one Vamika 
 has taken it to a whole new level! Tears, laughter, worry, bliss – emotions that have been experienced in a span of minutes sometimes! Sleep is elusive  but our hearts are SO full  Thanking you all for your wishes, prayers and good energy,”Anushka wrote on Instagram.

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli were blessed with a baby girl
on January 11.

Virat Kohli is on a paternity leave to take care of Anushka and their daughter.

In a recent interview to Vogue magazine, Anushka had said that she is
very excited at the prospect of becoming a parent. 

 The beauty about becoming a parent is that it is a less selfish existence. I’m really excited. I know it’s not going to be easy all the time, but you have to do what you have to do,” Anushka said in the interview .
