Shooting for Bachchan Pandey kicks off in Jaisalmer

Shooting for Sajid Nadiadwala's Bachchan Pandey kicked off in Jaisalmer in Rajasthan.

Sufyan Nadiadwala and Subhan Khan Nadiadwala gave the clap for the muhurut shot of the film.

Sharing a picture and a video clip of the muhurut shot, Nadiadwala Grandsons said,'Straight from the Muhurat Shot of #SajidNadiadwala's #BachchanPandey.'






Earlier in the week, producer Sajid Nadiadwala had announced that Shooting for Bachchan Pandey would commence from January 6 in Jaisalmer .

Sajid Nadiadwala shared on social media a picture of the entire cast crew of the Bachchan Pandey , comprising Arshad Warsi, Prateik Babbar, Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandez, director Farhad Samji and producer Sajid Nadiadwala.







Directed by Farhad Samji, written by Nischay Kuttanda and Farhad Samji and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Bachchan Pandey  is an action thriller which stars Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles. The film also features Prateik Babbar in a key role.

Bachchan Pandey  was Initially planned as a remake of Tamil Language film Veeram. However, later the makers announced that the film follows an original script by Nischay Kuttanda and Samji.

The film's lead actress Kriti Sanon had yesterday shared a video of her bike ride in Jaisalmer.

Kriti said for her riding a bike was a soul stirring experience. 

'Four wheels Move the body Two wheels Move the soul..,'the actor posted.

In a footnote, she said, 'P.S. I always wanted to ride a bike with this song playing in the background!'

Bachchan Pandey is among the most awaited films of the year.
