Harshita Gaur goes trekking on mountains of U'khand, calls it an 'inner calling to be amidst nature'

Harshita Gaur , who played the demure girl next door Dimpy on Mirzapur Season 1 and 2, recently went on a trekking expedition on the mountains Uttarakhand, in response to an  inner calling of wanting to be amidst nature.

Harshita shared pictures of her trekking expedition with her friends to Barsu Village in Uttarkashi .

Speaking about her experience on the trek called called Dayara Bugyal , Harshita said that the trekking expedition was for her an exercise to overcome her fears since she has been nursing a knee injury for 2 years now with doctors having advised her to restrict her movement.

Harshita said that it was almost like 'an inner calling of wanting to be amidst nature' that led her to embark on this trekking expedition.

"Two years ago, when I had a Meniscus Tear in my knee I was told by my Doctor that I would have to restrict my movement in general and trust me all I could think of was to climb the mountains, dance more... Almost after two years of nursing this injury, practising yoga, following physiotherapy, I am so glad I picked up courage to go on this trek.

It almost felt like an inner calling of wanting to be amidst nature. I went with my college friends. We started the trek from Barsu village to see the scenic beauty of both the routes of Dayara Bugyal. The trekking was super challenging for me with the injury but the experience was great. It gave me a lot of perspective because it was physically challenging but at the same time I'm feeling so happy that I was able to do it and go to the altitude of 11,500 feet,'Harshita Gaur said.

Harshita Gaur, who made her acting debut on television with the show Sadda Haq, endeared herself to the viewers with her portrayal of the shy girl next door Dimpy in Mirzapur season 1 and 2.

She has also appeared in music videos like Rehne Do Zara and Yeh Dil.
