Trade experts say that the earnings of the film are below expectations which is perhaps due to the ground situation in Maharashtra and other parts of the, which have witnessed a sharp rise in COVID-19 cases over the last couple of weeks.

Consequently, the film, which was expected to witness huge crowds at cinema halls especially in the single screen theatres due to its adrenaline pumping action and large than life feel, recorded collections of just Rs 2.82 crore on its opening day on Friday and Rs 2.25 crore on Saturday.

Trade sources, however, feel that collection of the film could pick up in the coming days if the situation on the ground  sees an improvement and number of COVID-19 cases in the country record a dip in the coming days.

They feel that the collections of Rs 3.5 cr for the film on Sunday show that people are ready to go to cinemas to watch the film if the situation improves.
