Yashraj films unveil first look poster of Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, trailer out tom

Ahead of the release of the Parineeti Chopra Arjun Kapoor starrer Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar on March 19, Yashraj films today unveiled the first look poster of the film.

The poster features Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra in a juxtaposed posture, creating a mystery element around the film.

Sharing the poster of the film, Yashraj films said,'Celebrated storyteller #DibakarBanerjee brings yet another thrilling tale #SandeepAurPinkyFaraarR Releasinga a big screen near you on 19th March, 2021. Trailer #2 OUT TOMORROW. @arjunk26.'

The film will be directed by Dibakar Banerjee, who had earlier directed films like Khosla ka Ghosla and Detective Byomkesh Bakshi.

Yashraj films had last month announced its slate of films for the year, which included Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar.

A black comedy, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar beings together Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor for the first time after  Ishaqzaade.

Produced and directed by Dibakar Banerjee, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar  follows the story of a man and woman who represent two completely different Indians. P

"Pinky" Dahiya is a Haryanavi Police Officer while Sandeep Kaur is someone from the Corporate world. However, they are united by their mistrust, suspicion, and hatred for each other.


The film was scheduled to be released in March last year but was postponed due to the Covid pandemic.
