Jijaji Chhat Parr Koii Hai back with fresh episodes that will leave viewers spooked

With the Maharashtra government setting in motion the process of unlock in the state following a dip in covid-19 cases in the state, process of shooting for films and television shows is slowly returning to normal. 

With commencement of shooting for film and television shows,  Jijaji Chhat Par Koi Hai, the horror comedy show on Sab TV , is back with fresh episodes,  which are sure to leave viewers spooked in the coming days. 

The fresh line up of episodes of the show,  that begin telecast on Sab TV from tonight, are set to entertain the audience with the non stop nok khonk between Sharmas’ and the Jindals’ . 

Further, the upcoming episodes will witness spook at a magnitude higher than ever as Saaya is leaving no stone unturned to uproot the lives of the two families for messing with her. 

In the upcoming episodes, viewers will see a more powerful and scary version of Saaya who sets out to create a living hell for the Sharmas and the Jindals. A portrait of Saaya begins to haunt the families. 

Even as Jijaji decides to bury the portrait, Saaya gets furious as the portrait has always been a part of the house, since it was gifted by her beloved husband. On that note, Saaya sets ahead a treasure quest for Jijaji and CP. The dynamic duo then unearth a map leading them to a treasure location.  Little do they know that the Saaya has set up a trap ahead of them. Intrigued by the quest, Jijaji and CP follow the map and set out to find the hidden treasure. 

It remains to be seen whether Saaya will be successful in setting out a trap for Jijaji and CP.

Actress Hiba Nawab, who essays the role of CP and Saaya, is excited about the coming developments in the show and eagerly  awaits the audience reaction for the new episodes. 

 “The storyline is taking an exciting turn and I hope fans will find the upcoming storyline engaging and exciting. Saaya is leaving no stone unturned; she has set out to create a living hell for the Sharma’s and the Jindal’s not sparing the dynamic duo Jijaji and CP.  

Saaya tricks Jijaji and CP towards a treasure quest. It will be interesting for our viewers to watch how the story unfolds this time as Saayahas become more powerful and agile which in turn brings Jijaji and CP closer together. Shubhashish Jha, who  essays the role of Jijaji, said that he is happy to be back on the shooting for the show and eagerly waiting for viewers' response to the fresh epiepisodes.

He also appealed to viewers to stay inside their homes as much as possible to protect themselves from Covid. 

 "We are happy to be back on the sets and work towards bringing fresh episodes to the fans. The team is following a strict safety and hygiene routine on the sets. This is the first time where the viewers will witness a lot more scenes of Jijaji and CP together. Jijaji and CP’s characters have always faced their family’s heads on and amongst the continued nok jhok, the journey has been fascinating and encouraging. 

I enjoy playing Jijaji’s character since it makes me feel good. I feel satisfied to have played a character which makes people laugh and smile after a long day at work. I want to request all my viewers to stay indoors as much as possible and I hope with this fresh line-up of episodes we continue to entertain and engage our fans,'he said. 

Shooting for films and television shows had been brought to a halt due to lockdown imposed in Maharashtra in April following an unprecedented surge in Covid cases in the state during the second wave. 

However, last month, the Maharashtra government commencing a five level unlock process in the state after a dip in cases. As part of the unlock process,  shooting for films and television shows is being allowed in areas where positivity rate us below  5 per cent. 

Under the five level unlock process,  the Maharashtra government has permitted shooting of television shows and films from the first week of June in districts of the state where positivity rate is below 5 per cent.

Being aired on Sab TV from March, Jijaji Chhat Parr Koii Hai is the story of two families, the Sharmas and the Jindals, who  live in a two-storey house in Punjabi Bagh, whose ownership is claimed by both and are  constantly at loggerheads with each other. 

The show, which features Hiba Nawab,  Shubhashish Jha , Anup Upadhyay and  Sucheta Khanna in lead roles,has captured the imagination of the fans and managed to entertain audiences with its well-crafted storyline. 

Not only have the never-ending hilarious banters between Jaldirams and Jindals intrigued viewers, but the show has been keeping them hooked with its spooky elements giving a much-needed comic relief.
