Season 3 of British comedy drama Sex Education premieres on Netflix September 17

After successful season 1 and 2, the British comedy drama Sex Education, story of a teenager who helps his follow students at High school deal with their sexual performance anxiety, returns for a third season on Netflix.

Sex Education season 3 will premiere on Netflix on September 17, the streaming platform announced.

Making the announcement,  Netflix said, 'We've never wanted to go back to school so bad  Get ready to meet the gang. Sex Education Season 3 premieres September 17th.'

A British comedy-drama television series created by Laurie Nunn, Sex Education is the story of a  Teenager Otis Milburn , a student  at Moordale Secondary School who helps  his fellow students deal with sexual performance anxiety.

Season 1 showed Otis Milburn as being  ambivalent about sex perhaps because his mother is a sex therapist who is frank about all aspects of sexuality. After inadvertently assisting the school bully with his sexual performance anxiety,Otis sets up a sex advice business with a classmate  Maev o help their fellow students with their sexual problems.

The second series followed Otis, who is now a  hit with the reality and pressures of a high school romance.

The season  1 of the  series premiered on 11 January 2019 on Netflix. 

Season 1, which also featured Ncuti Gatwa, Emma Mackey, Connor Swindells, Aimee Lou Wood and Kedar Williams-Stirling  became a critical and commercial success for Netflix. The second series was released in January 2020.

The third series of Sex Education will introduce a new headteacher, Hope Haddon, and deal with the aftermath of Otis’s mother Jean publishing a controversial book about the school’s sexual exploits.
