Aamir Khan refutes allegations of spilling of garbage at shoot locations for Laal Singh Chaddha at Ladakh

Aamir Khan has denied allegations of spilling of garbage at shooting locations of Laal Singh Chaddha in Ladakh.

In a statement , Aamir Khan Productions said that rumours or allegations of the shooting locations not being clean are false.

'We believe that there are some rumours/allegations of  our shooting locations not being kept clean. We strongly deny such claims., Aamir Khan Productions would like to clarify that as a company, we follow strict protocols for cleanliness in and around our shooting spaces,'the AKP said in a statement.

AKP said that it has always been their endeavor to  ensure that the shooting location is trash free at all times.

'We have a team that makes sure that the shooting location is kept trash free at all times. At thevebd of the day there is a recheck of the entire location.

At the end of an  entire schedule, we make sure that when we leave the location,  we leave it as clean, or cleaner than we found it.,'the AKP said.

'Our location is always open to relevant local authorities to carry out checks anytime that they like,'it said.

The statement comes in response to criticism of Aamir Khan after a Twitter user shared a video of an area in Ladakh strewed with plastic bottles and claimed it to be the shooting  location  for Laal Singh Chaddha .

Aamir Khan is currently shooting for his next film Laal Singh Chaddha in  Ladakh.

Said  to be an adaptation of the 1994 Tom Hanks' film Forrest Gump. Laal Singh Chaddha is being directed by Advait Chandan and produced by Aamir Khan,  Kiran Rao and Viacom18 Studios.

South Indian star Naga Chaitanya recently joined the cast of Laal Singh Chaddha.
