Makers of Shershah unveil new poster of the film

Ever since the announcement of its release on Independence day,  Dharma Productions upcoming venture Shershah  has generated tremendous buzz among cinelovers.

Heightening the buzz around the film, based on life of Kargil hero Vikram Batra,  the makers of the film today unveiled a new poster of the film.

The poster of the film,  which will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on August 12, features the lead actors Siddharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani.

Sharing the poster on social media,  Siddharth Malhotra,  who plays the role of Vikram Batra,  said, 'the best kind of promises are the ones that are kept, throughout time. This was, is and always will be one such. #ShershaahOnPrime releasing on 12th August! #Shershaah .'


Makers of Shershah unveil new poster of film



Shershah, a collaboration between Dharma Productions of Karan Johar and Amazon Prime Video, features Bollywood heartthrob Siddharth Malhotra in the lead role along with Kiara Advani.

The film  will have its global premiere on the streaming platform on August 12.

Directed by Vishnu Vardhan, Shershah is the first collaboration between Amazon Prime Video and Dharma Productions.

Shershah  is yet another film,  after Hungama 2, Bhoot Police and Bhuj The Pride of India to opt for a direct OTT release due to continued uncertainty on reopening of theatres across the country due to prevalence of second wave of COVID-19 and looming threat of the third wave.
