When Aashay Mishra scared his neighbour's with his prank on Diwali

Reminiscences about time spent with friends and family during Diwali and the pranks and fun activities during the festival season,  is among the fondest memories of lives of all of us.

For actor Aashay Mishra too, time spent with friends and family and pranks played on the occasion, are among most cherished moments of his life.

As the festival of Diwali approaches,  Actor Aashay Mishra,  who is currently playing the role of Vaibhav in Shubh Laabh Aapke Ghar Mein,  aired on Sab TV , shares his fondest memories from the Diwali festival. 

Aashay Mishra shares fond memories of time spent with friends and family on Diwali  festival 




Among the fondest memories of the actor is that of terrifying his neighbors with a prank played by him.

'My fondest memory of Diwali is of a prank that I played on my neighbour where I had put on an act of a drunkard, and they got terrified. All of us in the family ended up laughing at this incident,'Aashay Mishra said while Reminiscing about his experience during the Diwali festival.

Reminiscing his experiences of celebrating Diwali,  Aashay Mishra said ,'Diwali in my hometown is all about family coming together and celebrating the festival at its best. Every year, we organise a small function with my family wherein everybody performs something they want, we click a lot of photos to capture all the memories and enjoy the get-together. We plan activities from games to dance performances to karaoke to board games on Diwali night, and we enjoy the whole night.'

The actor said that due to his hectic shooting schedule,  he has been away from his home for long time and will be visiting his home this Diwali after a gap of one and a half year.

'After a gap of 1.5 years, I'll be back home this Diwali, and I’m already excited to meet my family and friends there and catch up on all the updates from them. Also, I have a sweet tooth so, I love eating all mithais and spectacular laddoos that my mother prepares.  The only request for my fans and viewers is to keep the well-being of our planet and animals first, and I pray Maa Laxmi graces all your homes with prosperity and blessings,'Aashay Mishra said.

Aashay Mishra came in limelight with the role of Omkar Gupta in television show Pyaar Ke Papad. He also worked in the television series Story 9 months ki, aired on Sony entertainment television.

Currently,  he plays the role of Vaibhav in the show Shubh Laabh Aapke Ghar Mein on Sab TV.
