Shivangi Joshi aka Naira gets nostalgic as she bids adieu to Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Shivangi,  who bid goodbye to the show following a generational leap, went down memory lane to recall the sweet memories of time spent on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

'The day is such that tears are rolling off my eyes and even if I want I am unable to stop them.... Two days ago when I was leaving the sets for the last time, it seemed as if 'meri bidai ho rahi hai'(I am getting a send off from my home).,'Shivangi Joshi said in an emotional post on Instagram.

Going down memory lane on her six years of association with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,  Shivangi said, 'there comes a point in your life when you meet new people and they create such an impact that they create a place in your heart for life. That point in my life came in May 2016 when I first entered Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai sets.
I never knew that the set would literally be my second home and those people whom I didn't know would literally become my second family.  '

'Close to six years with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and I can proudly say that yeh Rishta bahut kuch Kehlata Hai (this rishta means a lot to me). It wasn't just a show,  it was my life, my home. I have cried here, laughed here. I have cried here, ,laughed here, giggled on silly jokes, danced randomly,  played with kids and had food with everyone., gave silly expressions when I was supposed to give a serious look, got scolded by my director,  got Applause from the team when I gave a good shot, the list is endless,'she said.

Recalling her last day on sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,  Shivangi Joshi said,
'Two days ago when I was leaving the sets for the last time, it seemed as if 'meri bidai ho rahi hai'(I am getting a send off from my home). Everyone associated with the show was there to bid me goodbye and  we all were crying.  For an outsider, it would have been no less than a girls bidai scene.

I take all possible emotions a human being would have from the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. '

She thanked the director Rajan Shahi for giving her the opportunity to play the iconic role of Naira as well as the cast and crew of the xhow for the encouragement given to her .
