She is in news for music video of her song  Mil Mahiya featuring Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha.

Even as the music video and Sonakshi Sinha's dance moves in the  video make waves on the the internet , lyricist and singer Raashi Sood  says that the Bollywood actress featuring in the music video is a dream come true for her.

'Sonakshi Sinha featuring in the music video is a dream come true for me, 'says Raashi, who has over the years established a niche for herself in the Punjabi music industry as a lyricist,  singer and music composer.

Speaking about Mil Mahiya on the Kapil Sharma show on Sony entertainment television,  Raashi Sood said that Sonakshi Sinha agreeing to feature in the music video  is a matter of privilege for her.

Promoting the music video on the show, Sonakshi Sinha said that she agreed to appear in the music video as the song Mil Mahiya struck a chord with her.

'When I heard the song it immediately stuck a chord with me. I felt that  I had to be a part of the music video. Also very few artists from Punjab are able to achieve a breakthrough in the music world.. So I decided to be a part of the music video to help promote such a talented singer. I feel that the world deserves her.,'Sonakshi Sinha said.

The  music for Mil Mahiya has been  given by UpsideDown and ICONYK while  Lyrics have been written by Raashi Sood..

The song , which was released last month under the banner of big bang music , has been setting the internet on fire.

Mil Mahiya is yet another feather in the cap for Raashi Sood, who has established a niche for herself as a singer in the Punjabi music industry with many popular Punjabi songs like Bewafa Hunde Ne, Beparwah, Sajna, Dholna, Izazat and Udeek, Stupid.

Raashi Sood , who made her debut in the Punjabi music industry with a popular music video titled Jeen Di Gal Female Version in the year 2014., recently  also
sung the popular Punjabi song Rakhi Soneya Ve along with Ammy Virk in the popular Punjabi movie Bambukat.

Hailing from  Ludhiana in Punjab,  Raashi has won prestigious music awards for her incredible singing in popular Punjabi songs.
