Nitin Desai to pay musical tribute to Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar with cultural MahaUtsav in Mumbai this month

Four-time National Award-winning and three three-time Filmfare winning Veteran Art Director Nitin Desai will pay a musical tribute to Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar and the glorious history of Maharashtra at a cultural Mahautsav ,to be held at the sprawling 52 acre ND Film Studios at  Karjat from April 28 to May 1.

The Mahautsav, aimed at bringing out the art,  culture and heritage  of Maharashtra, will witness the participation from the Glitterati of Tinsel Town.

The MahaUtsav is being seen as a colourful cultural extravaganza to welcome the post covid era.

During an illustrious career  spanning over two decades, Hitin Desai has worked  on cult films like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Lagaan, Devdas, 1942 -- A Love Story,  Jodhaa Akbar, Parinda, Khamoshi, Maachis and Slumdog Millionaire, and recent megastarrers like Prem Ratan Dhan Payo among many others.

During his illustrious career, Nitin Desai has worked with directors like Ashutosh Gowarikar, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Sooraj R Barjatya,  Rajkumar Hirani and Sanjay Leela Bhansali among others.
