Abhishek Bachchan gets a thumbs-up from veteran actor Sanjay Khan for his performance in Dasvi

He has left audiences as well as his Bollywood contemporaries impressed with his performance in the recently released film Dasvi.
Abhishek Bachchan's act as Ganga Ram Chaudhary in Dasvi has won him plaudits from veteran actors from the Mumbai film world. The latest to heap effusive praise for Abhishek Bachchan is veteran Bollywood actor Sanjay Khan.
Sanjay Khan, a popular romantic and action star in the 60s, 70s and 80s, is highly impressed with Abhishek Bachchan’s performance in Dasvi.

In a post on social media, Sanjay Khan said, 'Dear Abhishek, I was very impressed with your performance in #Dasvi. You carried the character fluently throughout the film. Your changeover and dialect was commendable. A new era has begun for you. '
Thanking Sanjay Khan for his praise , Abhishek Bachchan said, '

Streaming on Netflix, Dasvi is the story of Ganga Chaudhary, the chief minister of a state who is jailed for his involvement in an education scam. Fed up with his tag as an illiterate politician, he decides to appear for the class X exam while serving his prison sentence.
Abhishek Bachchan plays the role kf Ganga Chaudhary. His performance has won praise from audiences as well as critics.
The movie is based on former Chief Minister of Haryana, Om Prakash Chautala, who was found guilty of a scam and served his sentence at Tihar jail. During this period, he, 82 at the time, passed his Class X exam while serving a prison sentence.
