Rajesh Wagle suffers from a heat stroke on Wagle Ki Duniya

In line with its endeavour to highlight day to day issues and problems confronting the middle class, slice of life comedy show Wagle Ki Duniya this week focuses on the issue of need to remain hydrated and staying fit during the Summer season.

One can call it global warming or nature’s way of punishing us, but no one is spared from the atrocious heatwave this summer.
This week, Wagle Ki Duniya is back with a new storyline that emphasizes the need of slowing down and staying fit during this hot season.
Rajesh (Sumeet Raghavan) is the only one who recognizes the importance of staying hydrated and taking care of oneself during the impending heat wave, and he distributes a pamphlet to the entire Sai Darshan Society and his office as a guide. However, he is ignored by his own family, society members and his colleagues. He goes an extra mile stating the importance of these guidelines when he himself becomes a victim of this unfortunate heat wave and suffers from a heat stroke.
While everyone is anxious and worried for his health, Rajesh tries to calm himself by remembering his own guidelines which pushes one to believe that one should keep their mind at peace and as a result the body will also recover at a faster pace. A simple message may go a long way.
While it will be interesting to see if Rajesh recovers from his heat stroke, we should all heed his advice to get some relief from this dire heat wave.
Sumeet Raghavan, who assays the role of Rajesh Wagle in Wagle Ki Duniya, says that highlighting the need to stay hydrated during Summer is part of the endeavour of Wagle Ki Duniya to fiocus on issues relevant to the common man.
“This is the specialty of our show that we pick topics of general concern and try to churn out content which will be of use to the general public. We have brought this on ourselves by disrespecting Mother Nature hence, we have to try our best to shield ourselves from the heat.
