Karan Johar to host Bigg Boss OTT on Voot from August 8

Filmmaker and host of the popular chat show Koffee With Karan Karan Johar will host the first OTT version of the Bigg Boss reality , which premieres on Voot Select on August 8.

Making the announcement,  Voot Select said, 'BiggBossOTT hoga itna over the top that only someone ekdum over the top could have matched the vibe.  The one and only karanjohar joins #BBOTT as the host. Ab toh itna crazy, itna over the top hoga ki aap soch bhi nahi sakte.  #BBOtt #BBOttOnVoot #Voot @vootselect.'

Karan Johar to host the OTT version of Bigg Boss 15




Superstar Salman Khan will host the television version of the reality show. However,  before the launch of the television version of the show on Colors, a few episodes of the reality show will be telecast on Voot Select.

Earlier this month, Salman Khan had unveiled a hilarious promo of the digital version of Bigg Boss.

This will be the first digital version of the popular reality show,

Bigg Boss OTT would lead on to Bigg Boss 15 after six weeks.

This digital show would be young, fun and full of entertainment. The makers are currently in the process of locking contestants and a host. The set would also be a different one than the Salman Khan hosted show, and have a lesser number of contestants.

Apart from the usual hour-long episode, viewers will get to see their journey 24X7 live on the streaming platform. Just like the TV show, Endemol India will be bankrolling this digital version too.
