Breaking her silence on arrest of her husband Raj Kundra in connection with a case registered with Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021 about the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some Apps, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty today said she has full faith in Mumbai police and the Indian Judiciary and that her family is taking recourse to all available legal remedies.

In her first statement since Raj Kundra's arrest,  Shilpa Shetty said that her family is 'taking recourse to all available legal remedies'. 

She expressed concern over the trolling of herself and her family since the arrest of her husband Raj Kundra.

'Reiterating my philosophy of,  as a celebrity, 'Never complain,  never explain ', All I will say is that it is an ongoing investigation. I have full faith in the Mumbai police and the Indian Judiciary. As a family,  we are talking recourse to all our legal remedies, 'Shilpa Shetty said in a statement posted on her Instagram account.

Terming the past few days as 'challenging on every front', Shilpa Shetty said, ''there have been a lot of rumours and accusations. A lot of unwarranted aspersions on me cast by the media and (not so) well wishers as well.
A lot of trolling and questions posed not only to me but also to my family.

My Stand, I Have not commented yet and will continue to refrain from doing so in this case.as it is subjudice, so please stop attributing quotes on my behalf.'

This is the first statement made by Shilpa Shetty since the arrest of her husband Raj Kundra in connection with a case registered with Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021 about the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some Apps.

Aspiring actress and model Sagarika Shona Suman had  in February this year claimed that  Raj Kundra  was allegedly involved in a porn racket .
