Sharing her journey from theatre to television on World Theatre Day, Kamna Pathak said, ''I performed for the first time on stage when I was five. The lessons I have learned from the theatre will stay with me forever. There are no retakes in theatre.
Even if you make minor errors, you must overcome the nervousness and continue the show. Theatre, in my opinion, is a difficult medium to master. It allows direct interaction with the audience and immediate response, which gives you confidence as an actor.''
Known for her portrayal of an impatient passenger in the English film Mango Dreams, Kamna Pathak has been grabbing eyeballs as Rajesh, the wife of policeman Happu Singh in the television show Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, being telecast on &TV from Monday to Friday at 10 pm.
