After treating audiences to a celebration of the Great Indian Wedding in season 1 in 2019, romantic drama web series Made in Heaven returns for its second season next month.

Season 2 of Made in Heaven,  which chronicles lives of two wedding planners Tara and Karan who run an agency named Made in Heaven, premieres on Amazon Prime Video on August 10.

Announcement of the date for Season 2 of Made in Heaven, which starred Arjun Mathur,  Sobhita Dhulipala,  Jim Sarbh, Shashank Arora, Kalki Koechlin and Shivani Raghuvanshi, was  made by the producers Alankrita Srivastava and Excel Entertainment of Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani .

A 2019 romantic drama web series that chronicles lives of two wedding planners Tara and Karan who run an agency named Made in Heaven,  Made in Heaven is an original fiction series by Amazon Prime Video directed by Zoya Akhtar,  Nitya Mehra , Prashant Nair and Alankrita Srivastava.

The 2019 series starred Arjun Mathur,  Sobhita Dhulipala,  Jim Sarbh, Shashank Arora, Kalki Koechlin and Shivani Raghuvanshi.

The second season will feature Sobhita Dhulipala,  Arjun Mathur, Jim Sarbh, Kalki Koechlin, Shashank Arora and Vijay Raaz reprising their roles from the opening season.  It will also feature Mona Singh and Ishwak Singh in pivotal roles.

The opening season of Made in Heaven won rave reviews from critics for its exposing the hypocrisy among people belonging to the high class society.

The first season also garnered praise for its grand production values.

The series was nominated for several awards, including a best actor nomination at the Emmy awards for Arjun Mathur.

Shooting for the second season wrapped up last year.
