Richa Chadha deletes Twitter application from her phone, says that it is too toxic

Joining the list of celebrities who have quit Twitter due to lot of negativity,  Bollywood actress Richa Chadha today said that she is deleting the application from her phone as it 'takes too much and is toxic.

'Deleting this application from my phone.  Takes too much, is toxic,'Richa Chadha said in a post on the social networking site.

The action by the actress,  who has been quite active on social media,  comes after she was trolled by Twitter users over her relationship with actor Ali Fazal.

Recently,  a Twitter user said that she would get divorced very soon, like Aamir Khan. 

'When are you getting divorced? Tell us, because your marriage is not going to last long, just like Aamir Khan's.

The tweet devoted a sharp reaction from Richa Chadha .

The tweet from Richa Chadha declaring her intent to delete the application from her phone evoked several emotional messages from her fans, who urged her to reconsider her decision.

In response to the messages,  Richa Chadha said, 'Not deactivating account , just taking a break guyzzzz. Stop sending emo msgs .'

Richa Chadha is among the celebrities who have been quite active on social media,  expressing their opinion on a range of issues.

The actress was recently seen in the web series Candy,  being streamed on Voot digital platform. 

Candy also featured Ronit Roy in a pivotal role.

She was also seen in the film Madame Chief Minister,  a film inspired by the life of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati.
