Bigg boss winner Rubina Dhalak completes shooting of her debut Bollywood film Ardh

Television actress and Bigg Boss winner Rubina Dhalak has completed the shooting for her debut Bollywood film Ardh, a film about the struggles of an actor in Mumbai. 

Makers of the film shared with fans a picture of the wrap up shot of the film.

Shooting for the film,  which also stars Hiten Tejwani, Rajpal Yadav and Kulbhushan Kharbanda,  began in September.

Ardh is the story of a struggling actor in Mumbai 


A story of a struggling actor in Mumbai, Ardh stars Rubina Dilaik along with Hiten Tejwani,  Rajpal Yadav and Kulbhushan Kharbanda in pivotal roles.

Ardh has been directed by singer and music composer Palash Muchhal.

Talking about the film,  Director Palash Muchhal said, 'Ardh is the story about the struggles of an actor in a city like Mumbai. In a way, the film will talk about my experiences during my 15 year journey. '

The film also features veteran actor Kulbhushan Kharbanda in a small yet powerful role.

Hiten Tejwani,  who rose to popularity with the television show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi,  says that he is happy to associate with Palash Muchhal.

'Palash is a young filmmaker and his energy is amazing. We as actors always want to play different characters and to work with young filmmakers like him is fun,” Hiten Tejwani said.

Rajpal Yadav,  who is known to be part of several comedy films, said that he is happy to be part of this film and working with Palash Muchhal.

'I am happy to be a part of the film. Also I have been amazed at the skills of Palash Muchhal as a filmmaker.

A winner of the Bigg boss reality show, Rubina Dilaik is presently seen in the popular television show  Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas ki'. She has also appeared in a music video Tumse Pyaar Hai along with her husband Abhinav Shukla . The couple play small town lovers in the music video.

The fans of Rubina Dilaik are extremely excited at her Bollywood debut and eagerly awaiting its release in theatres.
