He has established a niche for himself as an actor on television and digital screen with a wide range of roles in his repertoire.

Gaurav Chopra, who has impressed audiences with his portrayal in the television show Sanjeevani and psychological thriller web series Hello Mini and Aghori,  will soon be seen in two shows with diverse subjects.

Two of Gaurav Chopra's projects are set to see the light of the day together.

While the first is a Disney Fantasy-Adventure Jungle Cruise that will see Gaurav  Chopra as the voice of Dwayne Johnson, the second is a Discovery show, Discovery Heritage trails -- One District One Product, where Gaurav Chopra, a former design student, attempts to rediscover and revive the old dying crafts of India.

Jungle Cruise is Gaurav Chopra's second association with Disney. Chopra was earlier the voice of Thor through the Thor series.

Talking about his project with Discovery,  the actor said the Discovery project  helped him rediscover his nation.

"Travelling the length and breadth of the country, sitting with artisans and actually learning their art, was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. And one that I will always relive over and over,"he said.

Interestingly, Gaurav Chopra,  a NIFT alumnus, background in the domain of fashion and design,  helped him appreciate the intricacies of the crafts. He can be seen implementing the same in the shows!

Expressing happiness that both his projects are out the same day, Gaurav  Chopra said that the only formula for success is hard work, persistence and clarity of vision.

"When we know who we are and what we seek, consider 50 per cent of your job done. All you need to do now is work to align your thoughts and simply turn your vision into reality,'he said.

Hailing from New Delhi,  Gaurav Chopra, who started his career on television in 2002, is best known for starring on Uttaran and Sadda Haq as Raghuvendra Pratap Rathore and Prof Abhay Singh Ranawat respectively.

Chopra, who was a contestant on the Bigg boss 10 reality show has acted in the Oscar nominated Hollywood film Blood Diamond. He has also  appeared on the Georgian edition of international dance reality show Dancing with the Stars.
