She may be a cynosore of all eyes for her fit body and her toned physique but not many know that television actress Shivya Pathania was slightly on the p.ump side during her teenage years.

However,  thanks to her healthy fitness regime over the years , the television actress has over the years  achieved a fit body and  ensured her mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being .


Shivya is says that that she believes in holistic healing 



Sharing her fitness mantras on the occasion of World Health Day, Shivya Pathania who is grabbing eyeballs as Devi Parvati in mythological show Baal Shiv, said, 'during my teenage days, I used to be slightly on the plump side but soon realized the importance of staying fit and started following a healthy fitness regime. I believe consuming the correct proportion of protein and nutrition enhances one's ability to remain active. I thoroughly enjoy my disciplined lifestyle now. I ensure that I take all my three meals on time and get adequate sleep. When it comes to my mental health,.'

Shivya Pathania said that she truly believes in holistic healing.

' I truly believe in holistic healing. Yoga gives me peace of mind which ultimately helps my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Starting each day with meditation, followed by yoga poses such as cat pose, twist pose, forward bend pose, etc., make me feel light and energetic all day long,'she said.

Shivya Pathania is currently grabbing eyeballs as Devi Parvati in the mythological show Baal Shiv,  which is being currently aired on &TV.
