Khuda Haafiz 2 Agni Pareeksha to release in cinemas on July 8, 2022

Release of Khuda Haafiz2 Agni Pareeksha, sequel to action thriller Khuda Haafiz, which premiered on OTT last year, has been postponed to July 8, 2022.

The film , which was earlier scheduled for release on June 17, will now hit cinema screens on July 8.

Makers of the Vidyut Jamwal Shivaleeka Oberoi starrer, Panorama Studios, recently announced the new release date of the film.

The action drama outlines the story of Sameer and Nargis essayed by Vidyut and Shivaleeka, who are tasked with facing challenges posed by circumstances and society.

Produced by Kumar Mangat Paathak, Abhishek Pathak, Surya Bimal Parekh and Ram Mirchandani and written and directed by Faruk Kabir , Khuda haafiz Chapter 2 Agni Pareeksha is a sequel to the 2020 film Khuda Haafiz, which was released directly on Disney Hotstar due to Covid.

Khuda Haafiz 2 stars Vidyut Jamwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi in lead roles.

Announcing the new release date of the film, it's lead star Vidyut Jamwal said,
“I'm very grateful for viewers and fans who have loved me in every character I've essayed. I can't thank them enough for loving Sameer like someone they know. On 8th July, I'll see you in cinemas as Sameer, a reel embodiment of what love stands for. Nothing beats the joy of entertaining the audience in theatres for me.”

Speaking about the film, it's lead actress Shivaleeka Oberoi said, 'With Khuda Haafiz, audience witnessed a happy ending to Sameer and Nargis's story digitally. On 8th of July, we take our audience on a journey beyond the 'happily ever after'. Khuda Haafiz Chapter II Agni Pariksha is a beautiful amalgamation of emotions and entertainment, the beauty of which will unfold in all its glory on the big screen.”

Director Farukh Kabir said Khuda Haafiz Chapter II Agni Pariksha showcases the beauty of the husband-wife relationship and the resilience of a deep love.

The first look poster of Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2 Agni Pareeksha was released by its makers last month. The poster features Vidyut Jamwal in a rugged look.The poster has left the fans of Vidyut Jamwal excited.

Like the 2020 film Khuda Haafiz, Khuda haafiz Chapter 2 Agni Pareeksha is expected to be another adrenaline pumping fare like the original.

Vidyut Jamwal was last seen in the action thriller Sanak released on Disney Hotstar last year.
