After the grand historical Prithviraj,  this week will witness the release of spy thriller Mission Majnu and Social drama Janhit Mein Jaari.

Spy thriller Mission Majnu, which stars Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandana in the lead roles, seeks to tell the story of India’s biggest covert operation.

Directed by Shantanu Bagchi and produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Amar Butala and Garima Mehta, Mission Majnu is the untold story of India’s greatest covert operations.

Mission Majnu marks the Hindi film debut of Rashmika Mandana..

Mission Majnu also stars Mohsin Khan, Parmeet Sethi,Sharib Hashmi,Zakir Hussain,Kumud Mishra and Arjan Bajwa.

Set in the 1970s, Mission Majnu stars Sidharth Malhotra as a RAW agent who carries out an espionage operation on Pakistani soil.

Mission Majnu has created tremendous buzz due to its fresh pairing of Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandana.

Sidharth Malhotra has said that Mission Majnu celebrates the valour and hart work done by RAW agents who go out of their way to protect citizens of the country.

This Friday will also witness the release of social drama Janhit Mein Jaari, which puts across a message on the necessity of condoms.

Directed by Jai Basantu Singh and written by Raaj Shandilyaa, Janhit Mein Jaari is the story of a young girl, a crusader who takes up a challenging job selling condoms in a small town in Madhya Pradesh.

  The film takes one through the journey of the challenges she faces amidst the social taboo and how she takes on the resistance from her family and the entire town.

Janhit Mein Jaari stars Nushratt Bhharruccha , Vijay Raaz,  Tinu Anand and Paritosh Tripathi in key roles.

Nushratt was last seen in the horror movie Chhorii.
