Chal Mera Putt 3 earns Rs 4.75 cr during its opening weekend

Continuing the success of the films in the Chal Mera Putt franchise,  Chal Mera Putt 3 has earned Rs 4.75 cr in the opening weekend .

The film, which released in cinemas on October 1, earned Rs 1.73 cr on Sunday,  taking its earnings during the opening weekend to Rs 4.73 cr.

The film has earned Rs 1 cr more during the opening weekend compared to Chal Mera Putt 2, released a few weeks ago.

Chal Mera Putt 3 had collected Rs 1.43 cr on its opening day on Friday.

The film has done excellent business in the overseas market,  Including Canada and the United Kingdom. It has earned 6,44,000 dollars(Rs 4.50 cr) in US and Canada in its opening weekend .

Chal Mera Putt 3 is the third film known the Chal Mera Putt franchise,  which is about the struggles of Punjabi people who want to settle in foreign countries.

Chal Mera Putt 3 revolves around the lives of illegal immigrants in UK, their friendship and their constant struggle of finding a home away from home.

Directed by Janjot Singh,  Chal Mera Putt 3 features Amarinder Gill,  Simi Chahal and Hardeep Gill in lead roles.
