Samantha Ruth Prabhu,Naga Chaitanya decide to separate after 4 years of marriage

 South Indian actors Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya today announced their separation after four years of marriage.

In a statement,  the popular couple, who had married in 2017 after a long courtship said that the decade old friendship between them was the core of their relationship and would hold a special bond between the two.

'After much deliberations, Sam and I have decided to part ways as husband and wife to pursue our own paths. We are fortunate to have a friendship of over a decade that was the very core of our relationship which we believe will always hold a special bond between us.

We request our fans, well wishers and the media to support us during this difficult time and give us the privacy we need to move on. Thanking you for your support, 'the statement said.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya married in 2017.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu was recently seen in the second season of The Family Man, streaming on Amazon Prime Video while Naga Chaitanya was recently seen in the film Love Story .

Samantha and Naga Chaitanya were last seen together in the Telugu film Majili.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya are yet another celebrity couple to part ways after a few years of marriage. 

Recently,  Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and his wife Kiran Rao decided to separate after several years of marriage.
