Crime thriller Hush Hush streaming on Amazon Prime Video

Hush Hush, a crime thriller that tells the story of five women whose picture-perfect lives face an upheaval when an unforeseen event unravels secrets from their past,  is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

Directed by Tanuja Chandra,  Hush Hush is the story of five women whose lives intersect in unexpected ways when an unforeseen event unravels the hitherto unknown facade of their lives.


Crime thriller Hush Hush streaming on Amazon Prime Video 


Featuring Bollywood Actor Juhi Chawla in the lead role and Soha Ali Khan Pataudi , Shahana Goswami,  Kritika Kamra and Karishma Tanna in key roles, Hush Hush began streaming on Amazon Prime Video from September 22.

Hush Hush revolves around a set of women whose perfect life is disrupted when a sudden event brings to the fore secrets from their past and threatens everything that is dear to them.

The web series,  produced by Abundantia Entertainment of Vikram Malhotra,  marks Juhi Chawala's return to the arclights after a long gap.

Speaking about the new series, Head of India Originals at Prime Video, Aparna Purohit,  said Amazon Prime Video is excited to partner with Abundantia Entertainment to create a story that amplifies female voices in both reel and real life.

"Women are 50 per cent  of the population, yet stories told by them and from their perspective are far and few in between.

'Hush Hush' is an emotional and intriguing story with nuanced, flawed and complex women who light up the screen," she said.  

Speaking about the series,  Vikram Malhotra of Abundantia Entertainment said,'After films like Shakuntala Devi,  Sherni, Chhorii , Jalsa and the web series Breathe,  we are taking our partnership with Amazon Prime Video to the next level with Hush Hush.

This gripping tale is brilliantly put together by a never-before leading cast and crew almost entirely made up of talented women. I am confident that 'Hush Hush' will set a new benchmark in amplifying female voices, especially in the portrayal of strong characters set in a world around us.''

Abundantia Entertainment have earlier collaborated with Amazon Prime Video for Shakuntala Devi,  Sherni, Chhorii , Jalsa and the web series Breathe, .

While Hush Hush has a story by Shikhaa Sharma,  it's has Dialogues by Juhi Chaturvedi.

The series has been directed by Tanuja Chandra.
