Tata Sky is now Tata Play, partners with Netflix to offer Netflix combo packs along with TV channels

 Tata Sky, one of India’s leading DTH and Pay TV platform with the largest number of subscribers – announced its new identity, Tata Play, as its business interests grow beyond Direct To Home services.

Tata Play promises to make life more exciting for its subscribers by creating a seamless and connected world of entertainment. 

 Starting today, Tata Play will include Netflix across multiple Combo packs for users to enjoy a seamless entertainment experience across TV channels and OTT content. Additionally, the Tata Play Binge Combo packs, including several popular TV channels and 12 popular OTT apps like Disney+Hotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, Voot Select, Voot Kids, ShemarooMe, SunNxt, Hungama Play, Eros Now, CuriosityStream, EpicOn and Docubay is now available at a great value for all Tata Play subscribers.

Content from the 12 apps can be accessed via a unified interface of the Tata Play Binge mobile app, or via the Amazon FireTV stick-Tata Play Edition or the Tata Play Binge+ smart set-top box.

Tata Sky Broadband Private Ltd., a subsidiary of Tata Play Limited will now be known as Tata Play Fiber.

Tata Play has launched a new campaign featuring Bollywood  heartthrobs Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan and megastars R. Madhavan and Priyamani who have played relatable, slice of life characters to bring out the essence of the brand to the larger audiences. The Hindi TVCs have been directed by acclaimed Director, Shoojit Sircar.
