Poor run of Bollywood films continues,  Khuda Haafiz2 earns Rs 3 cr in first two days

The poor run of Bollywood films at the box office continues with the action thriller Khuda Haafiz Chapter II Agni Pareeksha opening to a poor response at the box office,  earning just Rs 3 cr in its first two days.

Released to much hype,  Khuda Haafiz2 Agni Pareeksha had a poor opening in theatres  across India,  earning just Rs 1.25 cr on its opening day on Friday.  Though the collections of the film saw a jump to Rs 1.75 cr on Saturday,  the public response to the film remained poor.


Khuda Haafiz2 earns Rs 3 cr in first two days 





The film has now earned Rs 3 cr in its first two days and needs a jump on week days to perform well at the box office.

The poor run by the film continues the average response for Bollywood big starrers like Jersey, Attack,  Bachchan Pandey, Prithviraj,  Runway 34 and Anek in recent months.

Barring The Kashmir Files,  Bhool Bhulaiya 2 and Jug Jugg Jeeyo,  most Hindi films released in recent months have evoked an average or below average response at the box office.

A sequel to the 2020 film Khuda Haafiz,  streamed on Disney Hotstar,  Khuda Haafiz2 Agni Pareeksha,  produced by Panorama Studios,  released in cinemas on July 8 after several delays due to Covid.

Produced by Kumar Mangat Paathak, Abhishek Pathak, Surya Bimal Parekh and Ram Mirchandani and written and directed by Faruk Kabir , Khuda haafiz Chapter 2 Agni Pareeksha is a sequel to the 2020 film Khuda Haafiz,  which was released directed on Disney Hotstar due to Covid.

Khuda Haafiz 2 stars Vidyut Jamwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi in lead roles.
