She has been grabbing eyeballs as Suhani  in the unconventional love story Sirf Tum , that is currently airing on Colors TV.

Even as the intriguing love story of Ranveer (Vivian D'Sena) and Suhani (Eisha Singh) has caught the attention of viewers,  the show's lead actress Eisha Singh said that she is excited about playing Suhani in the new show, which premiered on Colors last night.

Actress Eisha Singh is excited about playing Suhani in Sirf Tum

An unconventional love story between two completely different people, Sirf Tum began airing on Colors TV from yesterday.

Produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms,  Sirf Tum,  which features Vivian D'Sena and Eisha Singh in the lead, is the story of Ranveer and Suhani,  completely different people, being drawn towards each other.

Sirf Tum is the story of Ranveer and Suhani,  two individuals as different as fire and water. Destiny brings these two people together.  A secret keeps the two people together.  However,  only time will tell whether secret will keep them united or lead to their destruction.

Eisha Singh , who was last seen in Zee TV's Ishq Subhaan Allah in the role of Zara Siddiqui,  said that playing the character of Suhani was quite challenging.

Expressing her excitement about her new show,  Eisha Singh said that the show is unlike any show that she has done before.

'Playing a doctor is interesting.  What was really interesting about Suhani is that it is unlike what I am in real life. As an actor,  it was interesting for me to explore different layers of Suhani.  Also,  the story of the show is unlike anything that I have done before, 'she said.

Playing Suhani required lot of effort on part of Eisha Singh as she had to learn the terms related to the medical field.

'Sirf Tum is set in the backdrop of a medical college.  To play the role of Suhani,
I had to learn the correct pronunciation of terms related to the medical field,'she said.

Eisha Singh said that it is the premise of the show,  which is about the coming together of fire and water, which drew her to it.

'I loved  the theme of the show that says it is the story about love between fire and water. As an audience I am curious to know what will happen when these two contrasting individuals fall in love,'she said.

Sirf Tum is a sort of homecoming for Eisha Singh,  who made her television debut with the Colors TV show Ishq Ka Rang Safed in 2015. Thereafter, she was part of Zee TV show Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani.

In 2018, she played a Muslim woman Zara Siddiqui in Zee TV's Ishq Subhan Allah.

Talking about the character of Suhani,  the actress said Suhani is completely opposite to what she is in real life.

'My character Suhani is the complete opposite of Esha. As an actor, it was interesting to discover different layers about Suhani,'Eisha Singh said.

Besides Vivian D'Sena and Eisha Singh,  Sirf Tum also stars Sanjay Batra, Puneett Chouksey and Sonyaa Ayodhya.

Sirf Tum is said to be inspired by the Shahid Kapoor Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh.

However,  Eisha insists that Sirf Tum is quite different from Kabir Singh.

Eisha, Singh made her television debut in Colors TV  show Ishq Ka Rang Safed.  She impressed audiences with her portrayal of Dhaani, a widow with whom an unmarried boy (Mishal Raheja) falls in love .

After Ishq Ka Rang Safed,  Eisha Singh starred in Zee TV's Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani where she cast opposite Sartaj Gill. She played three characters: Raani Singh, a princess; then Rani Chauhan, Raani's reincarnated version; and lastly Naina, Rani's look alike.

She was last seen in Zee TV's social drama Ishq Subhan Allah where she played a Muslim woman Zara Siddiqui.
